Virginia Beach minus the bikini...
Had such a great weekend away with Bill..... lots of eating, drinking and sleeping....but now I will pay for it on the scale... Oh well new start tomorrow!

The first step is the hardest.....
Hi girls! I started this blog so that we can all keep track of ourselves and motivate each other on our 900000th journey of losing weight :) I was thinking we could post links to good WW sites, recipe, fitness tips, questions... and anytime that we just need to complain or some help with motivation this can be a tool. We will also be weighing in through here as well. I know that some people will not want to put your weight and that is fine, you can just put if it was a loss/gain or stayed the same each week.
I want to start weighing in on Mondays b/c that will hold me more accountable on the weekends (which is where I have zero self control).
This morning I weighed 163.2
Long term goal: lose 20 pounds
Short term goal: lose 10 by Thanksgiving
This week's goal: To count and measure along with exercising at least 3 days for 30 mins each
If you would like to participate, email me and let me know so that I can give you the password and you will be able to have access to add posts :)
I am going to use the new Weight Watcher Points Plus system, but you can use the old system of points as well.

(for example, if you weight 198, you will add 19 to your score)
4. How tall are you?
Under 5’1- score 0
5’1-5’10- score 1
Over 5’10- score 2
5. How do you spend most of your day?
Sitting down? score 0
Occasionally sitting? score 2
Walking most of the time? score 4
Doing physically hard work most of the time? score 6
**Add all of your scores together and that’s your daily points allowance.
Old Plan you get an additional 35 Extra Weekly Points
